TROVEFRAME

PRIVACY / TROVEFRAME 1.0.0

A chain-of-custody ledger for your atlas.

This policy separates Troveframe’s app-private records, explicit document export, Android boundaries, and the behavior of the supplied static website.

Effective: September 11, 2026

01

Scope and effective version

Blank document frame on a calm paper field
Data
This policy covers the Troveframe Android app, package app.troveframe.collectionindex, version 1.0.0, and its two supplied static pages.
Boundary
It does not govern an app store, an operating-system provider, an external document destination, or a later release with changed behavior.
02

Organization and release identity

Nested keepsake rings beside a closed collection folio and plain key
Profile
The publisher profile supplied for this release names Immortal Family Inc at 2775 Saint Clair Road, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83404-6303.
Limit
Troveframe remains an original collection-index tool associated with that profile. This policy does not claim an official program, service, membership, legacy project, preservation result, endorsement, or statement of mission.
03

Records the app can store

Blank object cards, pencil and personal objects
Data
Group names, object names, kind, material, color, details, location labels, tags, notes, history entries, and comparison choices.
Purpose
To let you create, edit, organize, search, compare, move, and revisit your atlas.
Control
You can edit records, clear the atlas, or restore the editable starter set.
04

User-created notes and saved work

Blank object cards beside a capped pen and empty felt tray
Data
Object names, tags, location labels, details, and notes may contain text you choose to enter.
Control
Troveframe does not require a real name, email address, or account. Avoid entering information you do not want stored locally or included in an export.
05

App-private storage

Closed archival box holding blank slips
Location
Editable atlas records are stored as local JSON in Android app-private storage.
Boundary
Other apps are not given a Troveframe data interface, and there is no publisher-operated account database or synchronization service in this build.
06

Permissions and device access

Walnut capability panel with brass shutters over device-access wells
Permission
The inspected manifest requests no Android permission.
Unavailable
Location, camera, microphone, contacts, notification, advertising-ID, sensor, health, and broad shared-storage access are unavailable directly to Troveframe in this release.
07

Network behavior

Magnifier, paired frames and chronological slips
Connection
The inspected app does not include the Android Internet permission and does not contact a developer server.
Processing
Search, comparison, moving, undo, history, and record editing operate against the app-private atlas.
09

Export, sharing, and system services

Blank sheet passing from a frame to a folder
Data
A JSON copy of groups, records, history, comparison choice, and reduced-motion preference.
Location
The destination you explicitly choose in Android’s document picker; a provider may be local or online.
Control
No export occurs until you choose Export and a destination. Troveframe cannot erase copies held outside its app storage.
10

Analytics, advertising, and third-party SDKs

Empty capped accessory rail beside a self-contained object drawer
Embedded services
The inspected app contains no analytics SDK, advertising SDK, crash-reporting SDK, social-login SDK, account SDK, or billing SDK.
Boundary
An external document provider selected during export operates separately under its own terms.
11

Retention

Blank object cards inside an open archive drawer beside an undated tab
App records
Local atlas records remain until you edit, clear, or uninstall.
Exported copies
Copies follow the retention controls of the destination provider you selected.
12

Deletion, reset, and uninstall

Eraser, blank slip and reusable frame
Control
Clear Atlas uses a confirmation. Restoring starters is a separate explicit action.
System action
Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling removes app-private data under normal Android behavior. Troveframe cannot remove exported copies held elsewhere.
13

Backup and device transfer

Object drawers on separate shelves with unattached brass bridge pieces
App data
The build disables Android cloud backup and device-transfer extraction for Troveframe’s app-private atlas.
Alternative
Use explicit export if you want a portable copy; availability and protection then depend on the destination provider.
14

Static website request data

Blank ivory page passing through a brass-and-walnut delivery gate
Site
The supplied website is static. Its field-slip demo updates only the current page and does not submit what you type.
Hosting
If the pages are publicly hosted, the chosen host may process ordinary IP, request-time, path, and browser metadata for delivery, security, or operational logs.
15

Cookies, browser storage, and tracking

Empty browser-like walnut frame beside an unused felt dish and blank tab
Supplied pages
They do not set cookies, write localStorage, load analytics, embed advertising, or include a tracking pixel.
Review
The deployed host configuration should be checked before a public privacy URL is listed.
16

Children and intended audience

Neutral adult hobby desk with varied object materials
Audience
The app is intended for general adult collection hobbyists and is not directed to children.
Collection
Troveframe does not knowingly collect personal information from children and does not create an account.
17

Security, limitations, and changes

Closed device-like slate beside a separate storage box
Protection
App-private storage relies on Android and the device access controls you use. No system guarantees absolute security, especially on an unlocked, rooted, compromised, or shared device.
Changes
Material changes to permissions, SDKs, storage, export, networking, hosting, or ownership require a revised policy and effective date.
18

Privacy contact and user requests

Page tabs and an empty contact card on a final desk
Mail
Questions about this policy or privacy requests for this release may be mailed to Immortal Family Inc, 2775 Saint Clair Road, Idaho Falls, ID 83404-6303.
Local records
Because Troveframe does not receive app records or maintain accounts, app-private work must be viewed or deleted on the device. Exported copies are controlled through their selected provider.
